At Evolve Panels, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We inspect each item before dispatch and ensure proper packaging to minimize any risks during transit.
If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
1. Inspect Your Package : Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage.
2. Record the Unboxing : We advise recording the unboxing process as evidence in case goods are damaged in transit.
3. Contact Us : If you discover any damage, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at info@evolvepanels.com.au
4. Provide Details : When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the video recording of the unboxing.
5. Return Authorization : Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note the following:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
- We recommend ordering a sample box before making your purchase to ensure you're satisfied with the product color and texture.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are not authorized.
